We usually process your order within 3 business days. All important information regarding your order will be sent to you by email.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders from the Lankeleisi Store. We ship products from our local warehouses, guaranteeing both free shipping and tax-free benefits.
Delivery time
EU courier services:
E-bike: DPD / UPS (delivery takes 3-7 working days)
Other accessories or battery: YunExpress / DHL / UPS (Usually shipped from the China warehouse, delivery takes 15-20 days)
Delivery address
It is extremely important that you provide us with a complete and correct address. We cannot change your delivery address once your shipment has been prepared or your order has been dispatched.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you or your representative, we will contact you immediately for a correction and your package will be reshipped, incurring additional shipping costs.
Please provide a daytime telephone number with every order. Sometimes packages are returned to Lankeleisi because they are undeliverable. If the courier returns an undeliverable package to Lankeleisi, please contact Lankeleisi customer service to arrange for reshipment.
We offer free shipping to the following countries:
Europe: United Kingdom (Northern Ireland is not supported) , France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Russia, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Romania, Finland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Poland, Luxembourg, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Belarus, Hungary, Austria, Greece, Australia.
Some remote areas and island regions may not be reachable. Please contact us for confirmation before placing an order.
We offer free worldwide shipping on accessories.

Shipment tracking
Shipment tracking is available for all orders of our products. To track your shipment, simply enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) on our delivery service provider's website here: https://www.17track.net/ .
Receipt and signature
All deliveries require a personal signature at the delivery address. Our delivery service provider will inform you in advance about any delivery that requires a signature.
Additional delivery attempts
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least one further attempt to deliver the products in your order.
Product pickup
If your products cannot be delivered despite several delivery attempts, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address with instructions on how to collect your products, along with a deadline for collection.
Delivery problems
If you experience problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact information provided on our website or as otherwise communicated to you. In situations where our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products and the failure is due to your error, and you do not collect your products within the specified timeframe, we may consider re-arranging a delivery. However, please note that we reserve the right to charge you the actual cost of the redelivery, even if the original delivery was free. A list of example situations where a delivery failure might be your responsibility is provided below:
(a) Providing an incorrect or incomplete address/telephone number for delivery;
(b) Providing an incorrect delivery address;
(c) The delivery address is not reasonably accessible;
(d) The delivery address cannot be securely accessed;
(e) If no personal reception is required, there is no safe way to leave the products at the delivery address and no one is available to accept the delivery;
(f) If a personal reception is required, no one is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the delivery.
