Returns Policy
If you have any problems with refunds, returns or exchanges, please contact our staff for assistance first.
PRE-ORDER & ORDER CANCELLATION
For all orders (including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Payment will be processed without delay, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
For bicycles that are in stock, we will arrange shipping for you one business day after you have successfully paid for your order. For bicycles that are pre-ordered, we will arrange shipping for you as soon as the bicycle arrives at our warehouse.
Until we have arranged the shipment of your order, you can contact our customer service to cancel it. If you contact us to request a cancellation before the bicycle has been shipped, this will be done without any deductions.
If you contact us to cancel your order after we have arranged for your bicycle to be shipped and it is already on its way, €300 will be deducted from your shipping costs for the bicycle. For other accessories, return shipping costs must be confirmed by contacting our customer service.
Product exchange process:
1. If you wish to exchange the product due to quality issues, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. Our customer service team will guide you through the inspection process to determine if the product actually has quality issues. If the quality problem is confirmed, we will provide you with a return label at no additional cost to you.
3. Once the product has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund.
4. If the product has no quality issues and you still wish to exchange it, please refer to the "Exchange Eligibility" conditions outlined in the Product Exchange Policy. Ensure the product is unused, free of dust, dirt, or odors, in its original packaging, and bear the return shipping costs of €300 (shipping costs for returned models: €150, for new models: €150). Contact our customer service within 15 days of receipt for further instructions.
5. Product exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 30 days from the date of receipt.
Product return process:
1. If you wish to return a product within the first 30 days of receipt, please contact our customer service to initiate the return process.
2. Please ensure the product is unused, free from dust, dirt, or odors, and is in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of €300.
3. Once we receive the returned product in our warehouse and confirm that it meets the return conditions, refunds will be processed via the original payment method of the order.
4. Please note that the return and exchange process requires the product to be sent back to our warehouse for inspection before any further steps can be taken. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.
5. PLEASE NOTE: If you have decided to return your bicycle, please repack it in the same way as it was originally packaged, placing all included accessories (e.g., chargers, bike locks, etc.) in the original box. Seal the bicycle box with tape and affix the return label we provided. If you are unsure about how to pack your bicycle, please contact our customer service for assistance.

6. Regarding return shipping costs: If you have received the bicycle or accessories and there are no quality problems, meaning the reason for the return is due to personal reasons on your part, you must bear all costs for returning the item to the warehouse.
If your bicycle or accessory has quality issues, please contact our customer service immediately and send us a video or pictures of the bicycle or accessory showing the problems. We will help you resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will replace the product for you. If you do not wish to exchange the product and choose to return your bicycle or accessory, Lankeleisi will cover the shipping costs.
7. Note regarding the return address for bicycles: If you have packed your bicycle according to the packaging method we provided and the included accessories are placed in the box, please contact our customer service to confirm the return address. As the return address varies for different products, please contact us to initiate your return process and avoid the loss of returned items.
🚨If you return the bicycle to the address below without contacting us beforehand, and this results in the loss of the bicycle or accessories, you will be responsible for this loss. Therefore, please contact our customer service in advance to confirm your return process.

8. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer bears the shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the express shipping company you choose. If the return is due to our error, e.g., if the received goods are damaged or incorrect, the consumer does not bear the shipping costs.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund within 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank, as it can take some time for your refund to be officially posted. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still haven't received a refund, please contact us at service@lankeleisi.com
refund
1. For each product that you return correctly in accordance with this policy, we will refund the price you paid.
2. We will not refund the original shipping costs associated with the returned product.
3. We will not reimburse you for any costs incurred by returning the product to us.
Improper return
1. If you return a product that violates this policy and you have no other legal right to a refund or exchange of the product:
(a) We will not refund the purchase price or exchange the goods;
(b) We may retain the returned products until you pay us any additional charges we may apply for resending the returned products.
(c) If we do not receive the additional payment within 30 days, we may dispose of the product ourselves.
